Travis Kelce‘s relationship with Taylor Swift has gone about as smoothly as either of them could have imagined. Sure, there have been trying times as they have had to be apart due to their jobs requiring a ton of travel, but the two have integrated into each others’ respective families and friend groups with relative ease.

Swift, essentially, has become a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan. She routinely attends home games when she has the chance to do so, and is always animated in suites. Swift has also gotten close with some of Kelce’s Chiefs teammates, none more high-profile than star quarterback Patrick Mahomes. But could that friendship actually be affecting Mahomes negatively?

It’s a stretch, but Mahomes was asked if Swift has ever baked something for him, and what it was she has made. Mahomes didn’t hesitate to answer honestly.

She’s never baked anything specifically for me, but she’s made different treats that have been around my house, just like muffins and donuts and stuff like that. Sterling (Mahomes) is a big baker as well so they make some stuff together sometimes. I’m not gonna say I don’t eat them. She’s as good as everyone’s talked about. She’s great as far as it comes to baking.

Some fans have taken the revelation as one of the reasons for Mahomes sporting a “dad bod”. It has become a running joke to talk about Mahomes’ belly.
