Travis Kelce still ANGRY & UPSET at mansion break-in as Taylor plans to spend more time at his home
Travis Kelce is still reeling from the burglary that took place at his $6 million mansion in Kansas City last month, and he’s desperate to have one item returned: his Super Bowl jersey.
The Chiefs star, who has ramped up his security following the break-in, remains frustrated and upset over the robbery, which he believes was carried out by an international crime ring.
A source close to the situation told The Sun that Kelce is “angry and very upset” about being targeted by what is suspected to be a sophisticated group of criminals.
The burglars made off with a luxury watch, which was later recovered in Providence, Rhode Island, but it’s his cherished Super Bowl jersey from his first championship victory in 2020 that Travis is most concerned about.

“This first Super Bowl shirt is essential to him,” the source said. “It’s a reminder of one of the biggest achievements in his career and life so far, and he hopes to get it back.” Along with the jersey, Travis also lost $20,000 in cash and $100,000 in jewelry. The FBI is now investigating the incident, which also saw Kelce’s teammate, Patrick Mahomes, targeted by the same criminals. Authorities believe a South American crime ring may be behind these burglaries, with a focus on high-profile sports figures.
In response to the theft, Kelce has taken steps to enhance the security at his home. He is reportedly installing a new alarm system to help prevent further incidents. “Travis is going to set up a new alarm system not to be a target of possible burglary, especially since he’s doing some work on the house and will have more of Taylor’s stuff there too,” the source added.
Speaking of Taylor Swift, she’s planning to spend more time with Travis at his Kansas City home once her Eras tour wraps up in December. As Taylor winds down her busy tour schedule, Travis will continue to play with the Chiefs through the holiday season. The couple is looking forward to spending quality time together, and Taylor’s increased presence at Travis’s home will bring additional focus to his already heightened security measures.
