The ex-wife of an NFL star has come out as one of the many persons to have made serious accusations against disgraced Bad Boy Records founder Sean “Diddy” Combs following his arrest.
The rap mogul has been the subject of multiple lawsuits since he was taken into custody earlier this year. Anna Kane, the former spouse of Edmonton Oilers winger Evander Kane, has been identified as one of them.
TMZ reveals having obtained documents noting that one of the Jane Does suing Diddy for sexual assault has been ordered to reveal her identity and is no other than the aforementioned former NHL WAG. The outlet made sure to point out that the hockey star hasn’t been accused of anything.
Kane claims to have been a 17-year-old high schooler when the rapper and others drugged and gang-raped her.
“I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated,” she told TMZ in a statement through her attorney, Doug Wigdor. “I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”
Anna Kane Accuses Diddy Of Assaulting Her In A Bathroom
Anna states in her lawsuit that she was invited to meet Combs by one of his associates and flew to him on a private jet, meeting him at a studio in New York.
“In her lawsuit, Anna claims she met Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre way back in 2003 in the Detroit area, where Pierre allegedly called her “hot,” dropped Diddy’s name, and invited her to jump on a private jet to go meet the music mogul,” the publication reports.
“Anna claims she was a 17-year-old, still in the 11th grade, when this meeting happened. She says she accepted the invitation and ended up in the Big Apple, where she met Diddy in a recording studio. She claims Diddy and others plied her with drugs and alcohol before sexually assaulting her.”
She included photos of the studio meeting to the lawsuit, claiming to be the girl with the blurred face shown in the images above.
Anna says Diddy took her to a bathroom during the meeting and “penetrated her from behind” without her consent while she was bent over a sink.
Diddy has denied the accusations.
