In a shocking turn of events, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs is facing serious allegations as a lawsuit has been filed accusing him of assaulting a 16-year-old at a high-profile event known as a “White Party.” The lawsuit outlines troubling claims, detailing an incident that reportedly took place during the festivities.

According to court documents, the alleged assault occurred in a private setting, with the plaintiff describing a series of aggressive interactions. The lawsuit has sparked outrage and drawn significant media attention, amplifying the scrutiny on Combs amid his ongoing legal challenges.

Diddy’s representatives have yet to release a formal statement regarding these allegations. However, sources close to the artist have indicated that they are prepared to contest the claims vigorously.

As the legal proceedings unfold, this lawsuit adds to the mounting pressure on Combs, raising questions about the impact on his career and public image. Fans and industry peers are watching closely as the situation develops, underscoring the serious nature of the allegations and the potential consequences for the music mogul.

Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs can be seen with his arm around a man who has accused the rapper of sexually assaulting him when he was just 16 years old in a newly shared photograph.

The picture was released as part of a new civil lawsuit, which has been obtained by The Mirror US. In the court documents, P Diddy has been accused of assaulting the alleged victim at a 1998 White Party in the Hamptons.

In the picture, Diddy is wearing a white bucket hat and all white T-shirt while the alleged victim, identified only as John Doe, can be seen wearing a white shirt on top of a white top. His face has been obscured to protect his identity.

John Doe was invited to Diddy’s party “through a mutual connection”, according to the court documents. The civil lawsuit claimed: “When he received the invitation, he felt like he finally had the opportunity to rub shoulders with the who’s who of the industry. He thought it could be his chance to break into the music industry.”

The party is said to have been attended by “countless celebrities”. John Doe claims to have been making his way through the crowd toward the restroom when he “unexpectedly bumped into Combs.”

The lawsuit alleged Combs “took an interest in John Doe and wanted to talk to him”. They then moved to a private area near the portable restrooms, which had been brought in for the party.

Once there, the alleged victim told Combs he was a “big fan” and shared his dreams of becoming a star. The lawsuit continued to allege: “Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants. John Doe, caught completely off guard, confusingly asked Combs to repeat himself. Combs made himself clear.”

Diddy is alleged to have told John Doe he needed to “inspect” his penis, saying it was a “rite of passage” to becoming a star. John Doe recalled feeling “uncomfortable” at the exchange.”

The court documents claimed: “Combs remained calm and stood in front of him and stretched out his hand in a cupped position. Out of fear, anxiety and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his penis as Combs previously instructed.”

Combs is alleged to have then grabbed John Doe’s genitals and held them for a long period of time. The rapper is then said to have “abruptly let go” and told John Doe “his people would be in touch”.

John Doe’s lawsuit is one of six new civil lawsuits filed separately accusing Diddy of rape, sexual abuse and sexual assault. Combs’ attorneys have slammed the lawsuits.

In a statement shared with The Mirror US, they said: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
