Olympic gymnastics legend Simone Biles and Olympic gold medal track and field star Gabby Thomas met up with Indiana Fever rookie sensation Caitlin Clark and her teammates after the Fever defeated the Connecticut Sun, 84-80, on Aug. 28 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

“the squad was ecstatic to meet Simone Biles and Gabby Thomas after our win at @GainbridgeFH. the reactions,” the Fever captioned a video posted on X, along with crying laughing and raised hands emoji.

In the clip, Clark says hello to Biles and Thomas in the tunnel after the game before they pose for pictures. Biles and Thomas then take photos with several other players from the team.

“They were so excited. Oh my god. It’s like usually the boys will just pass and be like, ‘Yo.’ But they were so excited. That was so cool,” Biles said to the camera afterward.

Clark also reacted to the meeting.

“lemme fan girl real quick,” she captioned a clip of her meeting Biles and Thomas on her Instagram story.

Biles and Thomas chose an exciting game to attend. Clark had a memorable showing, pouring in 19 points, including three 3-pointers, helping her set the WNBA rookie record for 3s, with 88 on the season.

It marked the first time Biles took in a WNBA game, but it wont be the last.

“EVERYONE WATCHES WOMENS SPORTS so happy to be able to go support! my first of many WNBA games,” she wrote while reposting the Fever’s video.
