Simone Biles has shared a stunning update on the construction of the custom Texas megamansion she and her NFL player husband Jonathan Owens are building together—and the results appear to be a 10/10.
The Olympic champion, who won three new medals at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, and Owens, who plays for the Chicago Bears, have been working on the property for over a year now, and it finally looks to be nearing completion.
In a new carousel of images shared on her Instagram, Biles—who has been regularly updating her followers on the progress of the home—shared a few sneak peeks inside the Spring, TX, property, revealing a stunning marble bathroom that boasts a freestanding tub inside a gargantuan shower.
The bathroom has been outfitted with black-and-white marble walls, grey-and-white floor tiles, and beautiful brass fixtures, while a large window alongside the tub gives bathers a view of the home’s surroundings as they soak.
There are also several built-in nooks that provide ample storage for shower essentials like shampoo and body wash.

Another photo, which appears to have been taken inside the empty space, reveals a mirrored ceiling inside one of the rooms, where Biles snapped a picture of herself and her husband.
Although the home appears to be reaching completion, Biles and Owens have yet to move into their new property and are instead residing inside a nearby Spring, TX, mansion, which the gymnast purchased back in 2020.
Located near her childhood home, the property has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sits on a spacious 1.02-acre lot, much of which Biles and Owens have taken full advantage of, installing an enormous swimming pool and plenty of outdoor entertaining areas.
And the home still seems to hold a special place in the athlete’s heart; alongside the sneak peeks at their new home, Biles shared a sweet selfie of herself and Owens posing in front of the front door of their first marital home.

It is not yet known whether Biles and Owens plan to put that place on the market when they move into their new mansion, or if the athletic power couple plan to build up a booming property portfolio together.
The couple are currently living inside a Spring, TX, mansion that Biles purchased in 2020.

This is not the first time that the pair have opened the doors to their newly-constructed property. Previous looks inside the home have revealed a kitchen with a tray ceiling, gorgeous light fixtures, white cabinetry, a dramatic black-and-white backsplash, and a waterfall island and countertops that match.
The bathroom, which has a black-and-white palette, features marble slabs that line the walls, marble floors, and a frosted-glass window that keeps areas of the room private.
Of course, Biles’ closet sparks envy, with large spaces for clothes and shoes and open shelving for accessories. A center island with drawers can hold jewelry, and perhaps her Olympic hardware can sit inside the built-in, glass cases, too.
The living space she previously shared features sliding glass doors, a fireplace, and lake views.
And what house for a sporty couple wouldn’t include a gym? Their spacious workout area features high ceilings and large windows.
The two-story build will also include an upper level where the duo can spend their downtime in a game room, home theater, and wet bar. A balcony with views rounds out this level.
There will also be a mud room with a pet-washing and feeding area, a two-car garage, fenced yard, and a basement that can be finished.
