Brittany Mahomes has a bone to pick with husband Patrick Mahomes — and so does her hair.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, may have one of the strongest arms in NFL history, but he could work on his precision a bit — at least when it comes to wife Brittany’s hair, she revealed in a funny call-out post.

In a video she posted on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Dec. 14, the pregnant Kansas City Current co-owner, also 29, showed off the remnants of Patrick’s attempt to help take her styled hair down. She also adorned the clip with several laughing emojis.

Showing off the evidence, a small pile of clear rubber bands tangled with blonde hair, Brittany revealed that the accessories were from her own head.

While prodding the pile — and showing all of the hair that got trapped in the hair elastics — she asked her followers, “Does anyone else’s husband go to take their hair out and thinks he can just pull these right out of your hair?”

“‘Cause, yeah, mine did that last night,” she added.

Posted the day before Brittany supported Patrick and the Chiefs at their game against the Browns in Cleveland, the rubber band snafu is likely not the first time the star quarterback has helped his wife out with a hairstyle, as the couple has been together since their teenage days.

The high school sweethearts — who tied the knot on March 12, 2020, after 10 years of dating — share daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 2, and are currently expecting their third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, they announced in July.

The longtime couple shared the happy news in a joint Instagram post. Alongside a video, which showed the family of four smiling, dancing and laughing with sonograms behind the scenes of a photo shoot, Brittany wrote a simple caption: “Round three, here we come.”

After sharing the news, Patrick opened up about his family in a press conference, revealing that he “always wanted to have kids young.”

At the time, he also noted that Brittany “does a great job” of being a wife and mother, and said the couple still “go out and enjoy our life and let our kids see these great things.”

As the pair prepare to welcome their third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 — a girl, they revealed later in July — Patrick has been practicing some of his dad duties, including styling (not taking down!) his daughter Sterling’s hair.

Earlier this month, Brittany shared a snap of the NFL star along with a special shout-out — a positive one, this time — for braiding the 3-year-old’s hair with ease.

“@patrickmahomes crushing his braiding s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s ,” she wrote over the photo of the athlete loosely braiding his daughter’s long blonde hair.
