Tyreek Hill Demands Miami PD Officer’s Dismissal for “Escalating” Arrest Situation in Strong Statement

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was pulled from his car, taken to the ground, and handcuffed by police as he tried to make his way to Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday.

He is now demanding action.

In a statement released by his attorney, Julius Collins, Hill’s team calls for the officer responsible for “escalating” the situation to be “terminated effective immediately.” Hill’s team reveals that they’ve reviewed the tape and found the officer’s actions to be “excessive, escalating and reckless” on multiple occasions.

“While we are in no way accusing the officer of being racist, we are accusing the customs and practices of law enforcement from a historical standpoint of being discriminatory and oppressive to black and minority communities,” they added.

Drew Rosenhaus, Tyreek Hill’s agent, has also called for the police officers involved in the detainment of the star WR to be fired.

Speaking Tuesday on “The Dan Le Batard Show,” Rosenhaus said the officers didn’t treat Hill “like a human being” after pulling him over before Sunday’s home game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Tyreek Hill not rolling down his window led to more issues as he was grabbed and forced to the ground and handcuffed.

“For me, personally, I believe the police officers that did that to Tyreek shouldn’t be in that position — they should be let go,” Rosenhaus said, describing what he saw in the video. “Look at the guy who kicked him — that guy should be fired. That’s out of control. The guy that jumped in and put him in a chokehold? There’s no place for a police officer to have a badge that operates like that, when Tyreek wasn’t being aggressive, or violent or fighting back in any capacity. That was horrendous how they treated him.”

Rosenhaus added that he would discuss his comments with Hill and his attorney, Julius Collins.

“One of the officers involved in the incident has been placed on administrative duties while the investigation is conducted,” Miami-Dade Police Director Stephanie Daniels said in a statement.

Dolphins defensive tackle Calais Campbell was also briefly handcuffed after coming to Hill’s aid, said placing the officer on leave “makes sense based on the situation.”

In the game, Tyreek Hill made seven receptions for 130 yards during the Dolphins’ 20-17 win.

His biggest came when he scored an 80-yard touchdown and celebrated by having a teammate pretend to put him in handcuffs.

Dolphins Star Jalen Ramsey Calls For Cops To Be Fired After Bodycam Footage Showed Tyreek Hill Being Pinned To The Ground

Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey is backing his teammate and is now calling for Miami-Dade Police to immediately fire the officers involved in detaining Tyreek Hill on Sunday.

Shocking bodycam footage emerged on Monday that showed everything that led to cops forcibly pinning Hill down to arrest him and then forcing him down onto the concrete when he was cuffed.

Ramsey referred to the cops as ‘motherf—ers’ after shocking bodycam footage emerged while demanding all of them lose their jobs.

‘FIRE EM IMMEDIATELY! Mfs like them can’t have no type of power, they gotta go!’ he wrote on social media.

‘That sh– is crazy when you look at that bodycam footage more than once! I notice some new bulls*** every time.’

The Dolphins also released a statement in support of Hill, saying: ‘We are saddened by the overly aggressive and violent conduct directed towards Tyreek Hill, Calais Campbell, and Jonnu Smith by police officers before yesterday’s game.
