Patrick Mahomes lives happily with his wife and daughter in a penthouse in Kansas City!
Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs and a two-time Bowl champion, is looking for a buyer once again for his penthouse in Kansas City, Missouri.
The asking price of $550,000 is a 13% increase over the 2019 price of $485,000 for the pad. Mahomes is attempting to sell his 1,800-square-foot starter house once again after failing to replicate his on-field success from four years ago.
The chic condo’s two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms make it the ideal setting for a young Chief to begin his real estate career.

The only apartment in the complex with one of them comes with three decks, one of which is on the rooftop.
For those chilly Midwest winters, there are fireplaces in both the living room and the main bedroom. Large windows that go to the ceiling let light and views of the city below in.
Additionally, there is a private, two-car garage with added storage.
Mahomes wants to get rid of the lesser houses in order to streamline his vast real estate holdings. He just sold his huge shoe closet-equipped suburban K.C. house for $1.8M after having listed it for $2.9M in June.

Sales have increased since he just moved into his custom-built dream house in Missouri, which includes a 50-yard football field.
Mahomes is now in his sixth season with the Chiefs and seventh overall as their vital quarterback 1.
