XNY/Star Max//Getty ImagesTravis Kelce and Taylor Swift spent her 35th birthday together, just the two of them, Page Six reported on Saturday. A source gave the outlet more details today about just what Kelce did to make his girlfriend’s milestone birthday one she’ll never forget.
The source revealed, “Travis hired a private chef and bartender to cook and make cocktails for them.” In regards to the presents that Kelce had reportedly spent months collecting for Swift, the insider said, “He had his gifts delivered beforehand so they would be a surprise. Everything was decorated beautifully with flowers everywhere. He had jewelry engraved especially for Taylor, he gave her countless roses and showered her in gifts. Travis went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.”
The celebration was intentionally more private and low-key. According to the source, “Taylor and Travis are always surrounded by a ton of people so it was really important that this celebration be different for Taylor. Travis couldn’t take his eyes off Taylor and he thought she looked exquisite. This was a night they’ll always remember and it went off without a hitch”
Swift was seen in Kansas City, Missouri, the day before her birthday. She visited a children’s hospital there, wearing a plaid Miu Miu set. She did not attend Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game against the Cleveland Browns yesterday. It was an away game, and this season, Swift has stuck to attending home games for security reasons.
The star just wrapped her Eras Tour on December 8. Her next plans haven’t been disclosed yet. A source told Us Weekly on December 3 that Swift will be spending much more time with Kelce, her boyfriend of over one year.
“Taylor and Travis are eager to spend quality time together because [that’s when] the little nuances about someone’s personality and habits come into play,” the insider said. “They will learn so much about each other.”
