There is a wildfire currently raging in Los Angeles called the Palisades, destroying greenery and celebrity estates, belonging to some Hollywood celebrities, whose evacuation orders are given, even to celebrities Ben Affleck and Paris Hilton, as the wildfires spread very quickly. Taylor Swift owns an historical Los Angeles dwelling worth $25 million owned by film producer Samuel Goldwyn. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate is just too precious to be burnt in a fire along with the swimming pool and tennis court.

Taylor Swift’s Los Angeles home is safe from the raging fire

On Wednesday, fans were worried whether Taylor Swift’s Beverly Hills, Calif., home had been impacted by the out-of-control Palisades Fire raging through Los Angeles. Swift’s estate, which is outside the mandatory evacuation zone, is safe from the raging fire, according to CBS’ regional map, which means she does not have to worry about losing one of her real estate assets.

The world’s richest female musician with a net worth of $1.6 billion, Swift, has donated handsomely to several natural disaster relief funds throughout the years. In 2020, she gave $1 million toward tornado relief in Tennessee, where two dozen people died in storms that killed two dozen people in deadly storms and laid waste to parts of several cities, including Nashville.

Recently, Swift donated $5 million to hurricane relief efforts in Florida for 2024, after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. It’s unknown whether she intends to do so for the fires burning in Los Angeles.

The Palisades fire has destroyed thousands of homes, and many have been forced to take refuge in hotels and shelters. Ben Affleck left his home to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s house, while Paris Hilton experienced a traumatic experience watching her residence destroyed on live television.

Fires are causing significant damage in Malibu, especially in areas with high property values. The cause is unknown, but the rapid spread is attributed to drought and strong winds. The weather forecast predicts no rain for at least another week, causing concern for residents.
