Airport Staff Kicked Out Cori Broadus, but They Regretted It When Her Father, Snoop Dogg, Showed Up
It was supposed to be a simple trip. Cori Broadus, the talented singer and daughter of rap legend Snoop Dogg, was traveling to Atlanta for a performance. She arrived at LAX early, dressed comfortably in sweats and a hoodie, her hair pulled back in a bun. The airport was busy, and Cori, like everyone else, just wanted to get through security and onto her flight.
An Unfair Encounter
As Cori waited in line, she noticed some staff members glancing at her and whispering. She shrugged it off until a security officer approached her with a stern look.
“Excuse me, miss, can you step aside?” the officer asked.
Confused, Cori complied. She was led away from the line and questioned about her ticket and her reason for travel. Despite showing her ID and boarding pass, the staff seemed suspicious, treating her with coldness and doubt. Eventually, they told her she would not be allowed to board her flight, claiming her “behavior was suspicious” and that she did not meet “dress code standards” for business class.
Humiliated and frustrated, Cori tried to explain, but the staff wouldn’t listen. They escorted her out of the terminal, ignoring her pleas and the stares of other travelers.
A Call for Help
Outside, Cori sat on a bench, fighting back tears. She pulled out her phone and called her father.
“Daddy, they kicked me out of the airport. I didn’t do anything wrong,” she said, her voice trembling.
On the other end, Snoop Dogg’s tone shifted from calm to protective in an instant. “Don’t worry, baby girl. I’m on my way.”

A Father’s Intervention
Within the hour, a sleek black SUV pulled up to the airport entrance. Out stepped Snoop Dogg, instantly recognizable in his shades and tracksuit. Heads turned as he strode through the terminal, his presence commanding attention.
He found Cori waiting outside, gave her a reassuring hug, and then walked straight to the ticket counter, where the same staff who had dismissed Cori now looked nervous.
“I want to speak to the manager. Right now,” Snoop said, his voice calm but firm.
The manager arrived, and Snoop explained the situation. “My daughter was treated unfairly and kicked out for no reason. She showed her ID, her ticket, and she was respectful. Is this how you treat your passengers?”
The staff stammered apologies, realizing who they were dealing with. Passengers nearby began recording the scene, murmuring in support of Cori and Snoop.
Making Things Right
The manager quickly apologized to Cori, offering her a first-class ticket on the next flight and access to the VIP lounge. Snoop nodded but wasn’t finished.
“I appreciate the apology, but this isn’t just about my daughter. How many other people get treated like this every day, just because of how they look or what they wear?” he asked, looking around at the crowd.
The moment went viral as Snoop posted a video message on social media, urging airlines to treat all passengers with respect and dignity.
A Lesson Learned
Cori finally boarded her flight, this time with her head held high. The staff, now extra courteous, saw her off with apologies and well-wishes.
The story made headlines, sparking a conversation about discrimination and the importance of empathy in customer service. The airline issued a public apology and promised to review its policies and staff training.
And as for Snoop Dogg, he reminded everyone that sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is stand up for the people you love—and for what’s right.
