Travis Kelce’s life took a dramatic turn when he started dating Taylor Swift last year. Being in a relationship with the pop icon has turned the 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star into a global figure. The pair have even been dubbed “America’s very own royal couple”, reflecting their significant influence in the US.

For many, their romance marked a first introduction to Kelce. However, he had already been a regular in the NFL for 10 years, earning a reputation as one of the greatest tight ends in history on the pitch – and something of a ladies’ man off it.

His womaniser ways didn’t stop once he joined the Chiefs. In one of his first TV appearances on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in 2016, Kelce spilt the beans on his bedroom preferences.

He was quizzed by The Real Housewives of New York City’s Ramona Singer, who asked him about potential deal-breakers in a relationship. One of them was “a girl who won’t sleep with you after the third date”.

Kelce responded: “The third date? I feel like that’s the breaker right there. Three dates, that’s like a while… I don’t wanna say a deal-breaker, but it puts some questions in the air.” Later in the conversation, he was asked about a woman who wouldn’t be willing to give oral. “Ah… sounds like a dear old deal-breaker to me,” he answered.

Kelce had been promoting his new reality TV show ‘Catching Kelce’, where he aimed to find his perfect match by dating a woman from all 50 states. He had a mere 60 seconds to meet each contestant before whittling them down to 20, who then moved into a Los Angeles mansion together. Kelce had the task of ultimately choosing one woman to potentially be his life partner. Maya Benberry was the winner, and they began dating post-show in April 2016. However, their romance fizzled out quickly, with Benberry announcing their split in January 2017.
