Indiana Fever LEAKS Major Roster DECISION For Caitlin Clark’s Next Season!
The Indiana Fever may have just flipped the WNBA on its head after a major starting five leak that’s got everyone buzzing. Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, and Aliyah Boston.
This squad doesn’t just have five stars – they’ve got nine players who could legitimately start depending on the matchup. And later on, Stephanie White reveals the type of offense she plans to run to manage all this talent.
Indiana Fever’s Major Flex About Caitlin Clark, New Roster Is Turning Heads
The Indiana Fever had a great offseason and free agency. After bringing back Kelsey Mitchell, they were also able to land players such as DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, Sydney Colson and Brianna Turner in free agency, as well as Sophie Cunningham and Jaelyn Brown via trade.
While the Fever lost some key players like NaLyssa Smith and Katie Lou Samuelson in the process, there’s no denying that they have drastically improved their roster around their core of Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston.
Even better, Indiana has significantly improved its offense. In fact, the Fever flexed their new-look roster on Thursday, sharing how they now have five players who were in the top 30 in scoring last season.
According to the team, Clark and Mitchell finished at No. 7 and 8 in the average scoring leaderboard for 2024 with 19.2 points per game each, while Howard was 13th on the list with 17.6 points per game. DeWanna Bonner (15.0 points) and Aliyah Boston (14.0 points) were 22nd and 28th, respectively.
Sure enough, it got fans buzzing, with many pointing out how lethal Caitlin Clark and company can be in the 2025 season.
“Starting five lethal,” a commenter wrote. Another one said, “Fever gonna be fun to watch.”
“I smell a WNBA title coming soon. I got a fever,” a fan shared.
A follower echoed the same sentiment, sharing, “I HEAR A CHAMPIONSHIP CALLING.”
A fifth poster stated, “Fever’s going to be hot.”
“Starting five all being in top 30 is wicked work also this team is going to be greattt defensively,” a social media user shared.
Of course it remains to be seen how new head coach Stephanie White will handle all the bucket-getters she has with the Fever and how she’ll make the offense work. Sure enough, though, having plenty of offensive talent is a good problem to have.
