After attending a high school field hockey clinic, Kylie Kelce cheers on Jason and Travis during the Chiefs game
Kylie said it’s “really exciting” to see more girls getting involved in field hockey in Kansas City. Kylie Kelce made time to share her love of field hockey with a Kansas City high school team.
Before Kylie, 32, supported her husband Jason and brother-in-law Travis during the Kansas City Chiefs game on Monday, Oct. 7, the mother of three visited Pembroke Hill School’s girls field hockey clinic.
Pembroke’s athletics department shared a photo of Kylie with the team on their Instagram account, captioning the post, “Raider field hockey players participating in yesterday’s @kansascityfieldhockey clinic were delighted to meet special guest and field hockey advocate Kylie Kelce.”
“Kylie has been supportive of the expansion of the sport in Kansas City and Pembroke Hill has been at the forefront of its growth,” the athletics department added.
Kylie, a former collegiate field hockey player, took time to speak with the young athletes, and according to local news station KSHB, she participated in various drills with the girls and shared her on-field advice at the clinic.
Speaking to KSHB during her visit, Kylie said she had “so much fun” hosting a clinic in Kansas City last November — which saw a special appearance from her mother-in-law Donna Kelce — and she was excited to “give back to the Kansas City community because they’ve given so much to our family.”

Kylie went on to tell the news station, “I always tell the girls that I coach now, one of the best things that you can have is competition because it drives you to be better.”
And now that two high schools in the area (St. Teresa’s Academy and Bishop Miege High School) have added field hockey programs this year, Kylie said it’s great to see the sport’s popularity growing.

“More girls are getting involved out here, more athletes are getting involved, and then knowing that that’s only going to drive the competition up in the country and make us better as a whole is really exciting,” Kylie told WSHB.
After the clinic, Kylie joined Jason at Arrowhead Stadium, where the former Eagles star was working in his new job as a commentator for Monday Night Football. She went to cheer on the Chiefs — as did Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift and co. — as they defeated the New Orleans Saints 26-13 on Monday.
