Owens, known for her outspoken views on various social and political issues, took to her podcast this morning to express her dissatisfaction with Swift’s increasing visibility in the NFL community. Swift, who has been a frequent attendee at recent NFL games, particularly those of the Kansas City Chiefs, has garnered significant attention not just for her presence, but also for her rumored relationship with star player Travis Kelce.

 

Owens’ criticism centers on Swift’s alleged promotion of “woke” ideology, a term used by some conservatives to describe progressive social and political movements. “Taylor Swift has become the poster child for everything that is wrong with Hollywood and the entertainment industry today,” Owens said during her podcast. “Her constant virtue signaling and involvement in political activism are poisoning the minds of young Americans. The NFL should ban her from attending games.”

 

Owens continued her tirade by suggesting that Swift’s presence at NFL games could alienate a significant portion of the league’s fan base. “The NFL is supposed to be a place where Americans can come together, enjoy the sport, and forget about politics. Taylor Swift is bringing her divisive politics into the stadium, and it’s only going to hurt the league in the long run.”
While Owens’ comments have sparked a flurry of reactions on social media, with some supporting her stance and others defending Swift, the NFL has yet to make any official statement regarding the issue. Swift, who is currently on the international leg of her “Eras Tour,” has not responded to Owens’ remarks.
