In a TikTok video posted on August 2nd, Biles detailed a less-than-ideal encounter with Botox that she underwent in March for her 27th birthday. She revealed that she had opted for a small amount of “baby Botox” in her T-Zone, but the results were not what she expected. The gymnast recounted how her eyebrow would spontaneously lift during practice, often pointed out by her teammate Zoe. “It would go back down in like 20 seconds, but it would randomly do that,” she shared, emphasizing her displeasure with the procedure and her decision not to repeat it. Biles clarified that she is now focused on facials instead and won’t be getting Botox again.

Beyond her beauty routine, Biles also touched on her personal life, particularly her future plans with husband Jonathan Owens. Biles, who added four more Olympic medals to her collection at the 2024 Paris Games, expressed her and Owens’ desire to start a family. In an August 6th interview on the Today Show, she admitted that they frequently discuss having children. “Jonathan would have had them like yesterday if he could have,” she said with a smile, although they both have goals they want to achieve first.

Biles and Owens, who met on a dating app, married in 2023. Owens, a player for the Chicago Bears, secured special permission to leave NFL training camp to support Biles at the Paris Olympics. Biles recounted his excitement at being in the stands, particularly his unexpected enthusiasm for pin trading, a popular Olympic pastime. “He was loving the pin trading…and obviously he loved going to see me compete,” she said, noting how meaningful it was for him to witness the culmination of her hard work.

The Paris 2024 Olympics marked Biles’ third Olympic appearance, where she, along with teammates Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Leanne Wong, secured a gold medal in the all-around team competition. Biles also took home gold in the individual all-around and vault events, as well as a silver medal in the individual floor routine, bringing her total Olympic medal count to 11.
