Mahomes has been okay, but he hasn’t quite been the player everyone is accustomed to seeing. Granted, Kansas City has been without its top two wide receivers, Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy, to start the season.

After the game, Reid took the blame for yet another loss to his former team.

“I’ll take full responsibility for that game,” Reid told reporters.

It’s a battle of two winless teams next Sunday when the Chiefs travel to face the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football.
