Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin jokingly commented, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” which sparked widespread attention and backlash.

Byron claims he didn’t consent to being filmed and is considering legal action against Coldplay and the event organisers for “emotional distress” and “invasion of privacy”. His lawyer, Camron Dowlatshahi, suggests a possible defamation claim due to Martin’s “affair” comment.
