An excited father has gone viral online for a unique gender reveal that saw him risk a serious injury in quite an athletic feat.

Gender reveals have evolved over the years, with folks finding ingenious ways to let their family, friends, and, of course, themselves know whether they’re having a boy or a girl.

The man in question went above and beyond for his reveal, quite literally, cleaning a barbell before spinning it on his back, bringing it back to his waist area, and completing a backflip off a stool to cause an explosion of pink powder.
