Benny Blanco Can’t Keep His Hands Off His Fiancée Selena Gomez While Making Tiramisu

It’s no secret that Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco love spending time together in the kitchen, and they recently shared one of their favorite hobbies with a group of lucky fans. The celebrity couple hosted a baking class in Los Angeles last week, where they prepared tiramisu inspired by the notes of Rare Beauty’s debut fragrance.

Gomez, who founded her makeup brand in 2019, poses with her fiancé in a new series of photos and videos posted on Rare Beauty’s Instagram account today.

In the cover photo, Blanco wraps his arms around Gomez in a Polaroid, while the following slide features a video of them stirring batter together.

Last year, Gomez explained why cooking with her fiancé “really grounds” her. While hosting a virtual Rare Beauty event in September, the singer and actress was asked about what advice she’d give her younger self.

“Don’t be so hard on myself,” Gomez shared. “I was very hard on myself. If the teacher scolded me for talking too much I’d go home and think about it all day. If I had a crush on a boy and he asked a girl out in front of me, I’d be a wreck forever.”

“I was too hard on myself,” she continued. “I didn’t think I was enough or sometimes I didn’t think I fit in and ultimately you’re exactly who you are made to be.”

“This sounds maybe a little silly but just actually taking a step away and just look around, you know? Like, for example at home I like to just go and sit outside and put my feet in the grass and sit there and maybe listen to some music and I just try to find things that really ground me,” she said.

One of these things involves preparing “fresh foods” with her fiancé.

“I’m starting to get into that kind of because of my boyfriend,” Gomez said of Blanco. “Just being in the garden and picking food that I’m going to be able to cook with. It sounds so silly and minuscule but the older you get the more that you realize that it’s okay to just be simple and have simplicity.”
