Kick streamer Adin Ross has been gambling on Stake since 2021, so he knows how things are supposed to go.

During a recent stream with friends, Ross was playing blackjack and had a good hand that was very winnable.
Ross had an Ace and an 8 card, which equaled 19.
The Stake dealer, however, screwed up royally when he pulled a card for himself. Ross and his friends immediately started going crazy.
Adin Ross and his friends called for the guy to be fired. What looked to be a manager came in to handle things, but soon, a message was displayed on the screen.
It read, “The round has been canceled. Your play will be returned. Contact your operator for detailed info.”
Ross and his friends hated every bit of that canceled round.
As he refused to place another bet, another message read, “You have been removed from the seat due to inactivity.”

“He had 19, and the dealer had 17. He won, but they canceled the match,” one person said.
“Wheres The Source On The Company Terminating This Dealers Employment….. He was in training clearly, i doubt he lost his job. but he 100% got switched to a different card game / casino game,” a second person added.
“You’re so rich bro calm down. it’s only 20k. Poor kid, dont make that in a year. it’s his 1st day. What an example,” a third person wrote about Adin Ross.
“He didn’t lose anything. The round was cancelled and they got refunded. They had a 19, and the dealer had an open 7, so high probability of a 17 or bust,” a fourth person commented.
“Actually happened to me then, stakes stupid indian workers said there was an error and only refunded my play,” a fifth person stated.
One last person wrote about his similar experience: “It happened to me on a $300K hand. I won, but I wasn’t streaming. They even admitted a glitch happened in their system, and nobody would do anything or reply to me.”
