Cameras caught Brittney Griner appearing to call Caitlin Clark “trash” and a “f**king white girl” after fouling out against the Indiana Fever on Thursday night.
Griner and the Atlanta Dream beat the Fever earlier in the week but suffered a loss to Clark’s team in their second meeting of the season.
Caitlin didn’t have a spectacular night as she was limited to 11 points in the 81-76 win, but Griner had it even worse, scoring just five points in 25 minutes as she struggled with foul trouble.
She appeared to mouth the aforementioned words after being handed her marching orders.

Clips of Griner appearing to refer to Clark as “trash” and a “f**king white girl” have gone viral online, with activist Riley Gaines slamming her on social media and criticizing the decision to have her freed from a Russian Prison.
“Brittney Griner appeared to call Caitlin Clark “trash” and a “f***ing white girl” after fouling out last night,” Gaines tweeted. “Just a reminder: this is who we traded for the Russian Merchant of Death. Now imagine if Clark had said the inverse.”
While we can’t be 100 percent certain that’s what she said, it really looks like it.
