Kate Middleton’s personal assistant is bowing out.
After 15 years as the Princess of Wales‘ right-hand woman, Natasha Archer is embarking on a new business venture.
The 37-year-old is leaving her role at the palace to establish a private consultancy, The Post can confirm.

Kensington Palace noted that both Middleton and her husband, Prince William, both 43, support Archer’s decision.
“After 15 years, Natasha is leaving Kensington Palace where she’s been an invaluable member of the private household,” the palace told The Post in a statement. “We wish Natasha the very best for the exciting opportunities ahead.”
The former assistant joined the royal family’s inner circle in 2010. She acted as an aide to both Prince William and Princess Kate.

Throughout the years, Archer became a close confidant of Middleton’s.
In 2013, she was spotted arriving at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital carrying an outfit and a baby seat shortly before the princess gave birth to Prince George.
Archer has also acted as Middleton’s unofficial stylist for over a decade.

The mom of two has helped curate the royal member’s outfits for various engagements, including international tours in Australia and New Zealand.
In 2019, she even encouraged Prince William to sport a traditional sherwani to a reception in Pakistan.
That same year, Archer received the Royal Victorian Order for her dedication and service to the royal family.

In 2022, she was promoted to senior private executive assistant. Her position includes managing “clothing, diary, and projects,” according to her LinkedIn profile.
Archer tied the knot with Getty royal photographer Chris Jackson in 2017. The couple have two sons.
For the Prince and Princess of Wales, it is business as usual these days.
The pair attended the French state dinner on Tuesday, with Middleton dazzling in a red silk gown and a diamond tiara.

Earlier this month, Princess Catherine opened up about life post-cancer.
While visiting Colchester Hospital in Essex, England, on July 2, she shared what it’s been like to get back into her daily routine.
“You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment. Treatment’s done, then it’s like, ‘I can crack on, get back to normal,’ but actually, the phase afterwards is really, really difficult,” the princess said.

“You’re not necessarily under the clinical team any longer, but you’re not able to function normally at home as you perhaps once used to,” she added. “And actually, someone to help talk you through that, show you and guide you through that sort of phase that comes after treatment, I think is really valuable.”
Encouraging those to find their “new normal,” Middleton added that it “takes time…and it’s a roller coaster, it’s not smooth, like you expect it to be. But the reality is you go through hard times.”
In March 2024, the mother of three revealed she was being treated for an undisclosed type of cancer.

After staying largely out of the spotlight in the following months, the princess thanked those who stuck by her.
“The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” she wrote at the time.

In September, the princess announced that she had completed her chemotherapy treatments.
In January, she wrote on Instagram, “It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on recovery.”

“As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal,” she added. “I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to. Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”
