Nick Tarnasky drops the ”gloves” on the golf course

Even though you’re a retired hockey player, you’re still a hockey player at heart. That means if you were an enforcer during your career, you can still throw down if needed—something an aggressive golfer recently learned after chirping former NHLer Nick Tarnasky on the golf course.
Most NHL fans have probably never heard of Nick Tarnasky. Now 40, Tarnasky was drafted in 2003 by the Tampa Bay Lightning. He played his first full season with them in 2006–2007, scoring five goals and four assists in 77 games.
Nick Tarnasky golf fight
In total, Nick Tarnasky played 245 games in the NHL, racking up 30 points and 297 penalty minutes. His numbers speak for themselves—Tarnasky was a fighter.
Now, a video of Tarnasky is going viral. The footage shows him arguing with two men on a golf course for several minutes. One of the men refuses to tee off, and after being told repeatedly to hit the ball, he challenges Tarnasky—despite multiple warnings.
”Obviously a hockey player”
“F*cking cry about it, let’s go!” the man says to Nick Tarnasky, who has had enough.
In the video, Tarnasky is seen throwing the man into the water before grabbing his shirt and giving it to him, NHL-style.
Hockey fans are now reacting to the viral clip.
“Top Dogg of the Year,” one person wrote.
“Lol, I’ve never seen someone more obviously a hockey player in my life,” another added.
“This might be one of my favorite videos of all time,” a third person commented.
