Megan Fox Is Pregnant with Baby No. 4, Her First with Fiancé Machine Gun Kelly

Fox is already mom to three sons, while Machine Gun Kelly is dad to a daughter

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s family is growing!

The actress, 38, and her rocker fiancé, 34, are expecting their first baby together, Fox announced on Instagram on Monday, Nov. 11.

In her post, the pregnant star can be seen cradling her baby bump while covered in black liquid, tagging Kelly in the photo. In another snap, the soon-to-be mom of four holds up a positive pregnancy test to the camera.

“Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” she captioned the post, using song lyrics from Kelly’s track “last november,” a song about his and Fox’s past pregnancy loss.

This will be Fox’s fourth child and Kelly’s second. Fox is already mom to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, while Kelly is dad to daughter Casie, 15.

The Jennifer’s Body actress and Kelly (real name Colson Baker) first met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020. The two went public with their relationship after Fox appeared in Kelly’s “Bloody Valentine” music video in May 2020. The video came just days after her now-ex Green confirmed their split after almost 10 years of marriage.

In January 2022, the actress announced the couple’s engagement on Instagram, sharing a video of the Born with Horns artist getting down on one knee under a banyan tree, which holds a significant meaning in their relationship.

“In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree,” Fox wrote in the caption of her post. “We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.”

“Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him,” she continued. “And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.…and then we drank each other’s blood. 1.11.22 ✨.”

The actress previously hinted at the idea of having a baby with Kelly when she and Kourtney Kardashian introduced the rapper and Kardashian’s husband Travis Barker at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2021.

“New York, I need you to get extra loud for our future baby daddies,” Fox told the crowd.

In November 2023, Fox opened up about experiencing a miscarriage, describing the experience in two poems featured in her book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. In a sit-down about the collection with Good Morning America, Fox talked about the miscarriage being something she experienced alongside her fiancé.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” she shared.

In the book, Fox wrote about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and a day, sharing, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if i had…”

Elsewhere, she wrote, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” and later, “but now / I have to say / goodbye.” Another line is about imagining holding the baby “as they rip you from my insides.”

“I will pay any price,” wrote Fox. “Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”
