University of Nebraska’s track and field standout Meghan Walker has sent a message to Triple H on X/Twitter amid reports stating she might be WWE-bound. Walker was seen posing with The Game in a couple of pictures in her latest tweet.
Meghan Walker was recently spotted at the WWE Performance Center. She was rocking a WWE NIL T-shirt in a selfie that she posted on her official X/Twitter handle. She seems quite interested in pursuing a career in pro-wrestling.
Now, Meghan has seemingly confirmed she’s WWE-bound by sharing a picture with Triple H. Here’s what she wrote in her tweet:
“Gotta learn from the best to be the best #wwe #WWERaw #WWENXT @TripleH”
Triple H’s thoughts on the WWE NIL program
It’s been quite a while since WWE launched the NIL program. The Stamford-based promotion described the program as a way to “provide a clear pathway from college athletics to WWE.”
In an interview with Fast Company, Triple H shared his views on the groundbreaking program and had the following to say:
“We immediately saw it as an amazing recruiting tool for us because it allows us to show athletes a path to WWE, and engage with them in a way where they can learn more about it, we can learn more about them, all while working together, and finding out if it’s a good fit before they’re even finished college, and before they need to make any decisions about what they’re going to do in that next stage of their life. In my generation, and even more recently, you sort of had to know someone. We’ve put a lot of effort into recruiting athletes and finding athletes to let them know WWE is a potentially lucrative opportunity for them if they’re interested and passionate about it.” [H/T Fast Company]
It is almost a lock that Meghan Walker is WWE-bound. Her pictures with Triple H received tons of responses and fans seem beyond excited to see her in the ring in the near future.
