Rhea Ripley has reacted to Chelsea Green becoming the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion. At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Green defeated Michin to win the title.
While Ripley didn’t compete in a match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, she did appear on the show. Following Liv Morgan’s victory over IYO SKY, the reigning WWE Women’s World Champion was confronted briefly by The Eradicator. Their face-off hinted at the possibility of another showdown between them down the road.
On Instagram, Green shared a short message after winning the Women’s United States Championship. Her post caught Ripley’s attention, who reacted with an emoji.

Rhea Ripley is looking forward to regaining the WWE Women’s World Championship
In early 2024, Rhea Ripley was forced to vacate the WWE Women’s World Championship due to an injury. However, she has failed to regain the title on multiple occasions since, including SummerSlam and Bad Blood.
“I’m thinking about the future. The past is the past. At the end of the day, I can’t reverse that. I can’t get back the things that I lost, the things that she took from me. But the one thing that I can do is look to the future and look at that Women’s World Championship and know that it’s gonna be mine soon,”
Ripley was betrayed by Dominik Mysterio at SummerSlam, which led to Liv Morgan retaining the Women’s World Championship. Ripley lost the rematch at Bad Blood after interference from the returning Raquel Rodriguez, who aligned herself with her former tag team partner and joined The Judgment Day.
