Diddy was arrested in Manhattan, New York, last Monday. He has been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The businessman pleaded not guilty to all of the charges against him.

Diddy is being detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, as he awaits trial. Although his attorneys offered a $50 million bail deal, he was denied bail twice. According to TMZ, the judge turned down his second bail request on Wednesday because “the government has proven the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.”

Where Diddy is being jailed is a tough facility that some inmates don’t make it in.

A jail insider told The Mirror: “Some people have gone into the MDC and never come out. It is notoriously tough, and there is no doubt Diddy will, like Maxwell, be a target inside.
