While General Hospital and all of daytime mourn the devastating loss of GH legend Anthony Geary, the December 15, 2025 episode followed Luke’s two greatest loves: Laura and Tracy.

Tracy’s Back…And She’s Not Happy
After the stress and chaos of the dreaded Ronnie (Erika Slezak), Tracy (Jane Elliot) took a much-needed vacation from Port Charles; one that even spanned past her family’s favorite holiday: Thanksgiving.

But now, she’s home, and the greeting she received from her son was a little too lovey for the The Quartermaines’ second most stonecold member. She knew almost instantly that something wasn’t right in the house, and that was when Ned (Wally Kurth) decided to do what no other Q had the guts to: come clean about his heart attack.

In true Tracy fashion, she blew it out of proportion, wondering why no one told her and then claiming it was because they didn’t want her to come home. Ned talked her down by reminding her of her tendency to inadvertently make matters worse, and the conversation ended with Tracy thanking her new great-grandson Gio (Giovanni Mazza) for coming to Ned’s aid.

Here’s Who Just Became Sidwell’s Next Target
Laura (Genie Francis, who paid a beautiful tribute to the late Geary) had no choice but to tell Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) everything, from Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) dead body to Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) cover-up to Sidwell (Carlo Rota) being the mastermind behind the entire frame job. Now, as the couple meet with Laura’s new boss, while she agreed to do as Sidwell says, Kevin isn’t giving in so easily.

Kevin assured Sidwell that there are some things Laura simply won’t do for him, prompting Sidwell to remind the psychiatrist that he only needs Laura and not him. As Kevin refused to cower beneath the crimelord, the scenes begged the question: did Kevin just make himself Sidwell’s next victim?

General Hospital spoilers for December 16 send things over to Laura’s grandson, Rocco (Finn Carr), who is drawing the line with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) after his recent treatment of his brother Gio.
