Taylor Swift’s status for the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night has been revealed.

Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has been in a relationship with Taylor Swift for roughly a year now. Swift attended 13 Chiefs games in 2023, including every playoff game and their victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 58.

According to a report from Bob Williams and Steve Brenner of The U.S. Sun, the Grammy Award-winning singer will indeed be in attendance for the Chiefs’ season opener at Arrowhead Stadium.

Here’s what a source close to Taylor Swift told the outlet:

“She wouldn’t miss it for anything in the world. After the long Euro part of the tour, where Travis was able to come show up and spend time with her when he could, she wants to show him that she supports him.”

Swift essentially confirmed her relationship with Kelce last year when she attended the Chiefs’ Week 3 home game against the Chicago Bears. A week later, she was at MetLife Stadium for the Chiefs’ “Sunday Night Football” road game against the New York Jets.

Taylor Swift had a concert in Tokyo the night before Super Bowl 58 took place in Las Vegas. She performed her show and then rushed back to the United States, landing in plenty of time before the big game.

The Chiefs defeated the 49ers in overtime to complete the repeat, becoming the first team to hit that feat since the 2003 and ’04 New England Patriots. Up next, Kansas City will try to become the first team in NFL history to win three straight Super Bowls.

Chiefs vs. Ravens Meet In AFC Championship Game Rematch

The Ravens and Chiefs will square off in a can’t-miss rematch of last season’s AFC title game, which Kansas City won 17-10 to end Lamar Jackson’s second MVP-winning season.

Patrick Mahomes owns a 4-1 record against Jackson, with the only loss coming in Week 2 of the 2021 season. The three-time Super Bowl champion is 2-0 at home against Baltimore, with victories at Arrowhead in the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
