Simone Biles defends Jonathan Owens from online trolls and shows angry side with X-rated outburst

The American gymnast is tired of the criticism

Simone Biles has issued a fiery response to online trolls who continue to dig out her husband Jonathan Owens after deciding enough is enough.

The Team USA athlete, widely considered one of the greatest athletes of all-time and certainly one of the most decorated, has been swamped by comments about her other half after he showed up to support her at a competition on Saturday.

Owens, an NFL player contracted to the Chicago Bears, went along to support Biles as she competed in a tournament in Hartford, Connecticut.

But it seems his past comments came back to haunt him again as trolls began to litter her Instagram comments section with negative marks about the 28-year-old safety.

Biles, clearly sick of being targeted over the comment and reading the same repeated criticisms about Owens, issued a stern response on her Instagram Stories.

“I’m going to quickly address this… the joke was never a joke! Y’all are blatantly being disrespectful to my relationship & my husband,” Biles said.

“So I’m gonna go ahead and say this one time. Respectfully, f*** off. & if you keep commenting or tweeting at me I’m just going to block you. Simple as that.”

The two began dating in 2020 after meeting on a celebrity dating app and didn’t waste any time in getting hitched, tying the knot in 2023 with a lavish ceremony.

Owens sparked some controversy when he claimed he was “the catch” in their relationship, with fans clearly disagreeing due to Biles‘ status as an American sports hero.

But it seems that whatever her fans have to say about the Bears safety, Biles isn’t interested. Back in April, she made a TikTok video in which she taped over the football player’s detractors mouths, effectively telling them to be quiet.

She sent a cryptic message to his detractors by labeling him the “best supporter” after he turned up to cheer her in during the NFL offseason, adding: “I couldn’t ask for a better husband.”
