CINCINNATI — The Bengals need some help to get into the postseason. They got some on Sunday.

The Giants beat the Colts 45-33. New York led for most of the game.

That means the Bengals will finish ahead of the Colts if they beat the Steelers in Week 18. The Bengals still need the Dolphins to lose one of their final two games and they need the Broncos to lose to the Chiefs in Week 18.

The Bengals have won four-straight games and need some help to reach the postseason, but their chances went up on Sunday following the Giants’ win over the Colts.
