Lawyer Representing 120 Diddy Accusers Warns Celebs Involved In ‘Freak Offs’ To Pay Up Or Get Sued

A-list stars who seemingly partook in Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ “freak off” parties now face an ultimatum to either settle out of court or face a lawsuit even if they didn’t do anything illegal.

Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing more than 120 alleged victims, disclosed that he has sent out “demand letters” to the celebrities, asking them to pay up or face the consequences.

Tony Buzbee had previously mentioned that investigations into Sean “Diddy” Combs’ case had implicated several Hollywood big shots but refrained from dropping names.

Tony Buzbee has disclosed that he’s now going after other celebrities who attended Diddy’s “freak offs” even if they did nothing wrong.

In a new appearance on TMZ‘s documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs,” the Texas-based attorney claims such big names are as guilty as those who perpetrated the crimes, explaining that their silence and unwillingness to stand against it makes them liable.

Buzbee says the A-listers involved include several politicians, celebrities, and business people, as Diddy’s party was the event everyone lobbied to get invited to.

He insisted that he was following “typical practice,” which is to “send a demand” to lay out what they believed the situation was and how the celebrity was involved, and then “try to start a dialogue.”

However, if that approach fails, they would “just file a lawsuit.”

When asked if he’d sent those “demand letters,” he nodded in the affirmative and said, “That’s true.”

Elsewhere on the show, Buzbee went on a lengthy rant as to why he’ll not spare any celebrity who may not have participated in the drug-fuelled orgies but didn’t do anything to stop it.

The lawyer stated that such stars who were at the “freak offs” and “knew somebody was being drugged” and yet “allowed it to happen” are just as “liable as the individual who shipped the person in, who paid the persons that were there, who kept them longer than they thought they were gonna be there, who bought the drugs, who took the money out of the bank, who put the drugs in a little shot of either lemon shot or some sort of champagne, and participated in this egregious conduct.”

Buzzbee further emphasized that these celebrities who were bystanders are “just as guilty as far as I’m concerned.”

The Lawyer Claims Celebrities Are ‘Scrubbing’ Their Social Media

It comes after Buzbee revealed that Diddy’s friends are undoubtedly scampering to get rid of any implicatory posts on their social media accounts.

During a recent chat with Law & Crime Network, the attorney noted that he has “no doubt” that a number of Diddy’s celebrity associates are “scrubbing their social media” to “distance themselves” from the embattled rapper and his indictment.

“I have no doubt that there are people right now who know that they were somehow involved in this – who are now scrubbing their social media, who are searching their memories, who are deleting their texts, probably deleting pictures and trying to distance themselves from this,” he said.

“And we know who they are, or we will find out who they are,” he added. “This is not something that’s going to happen overnight, but I think we’re at the tip of the iceberg here.”

A woman identified as Tanea Wallace claims she saw several minors at Diddy’s “Freak offs” who were surrounded by adults.

Wallace told TMZ that she was invited to the party by a Saudi prince who flew her from L.A. to Miami, adding that when she got there, she saw several people who appeared to be intoxicated on drugs or alcohol, having sex for a long period of time.

She was particularly alarmed to see “little people” dressed up like “Harajuku Barbies,” implying that they were minors surrounded by a wall of adults; however, she didn’t see what the adults and minors were doing.

Diddy’s attorneys have since denied Wallace’s claims, saying she has no “credibility” and that her story is “false.”

“Ms. Tanea Wallace has no credibility, and her claims about ‘freak offs’ and minors are completely and categorically false,” they told the news outlet. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous.”

The lawyers continued, “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction.”
